SEMS Members Work with AMR at Fatal MCA

The Waterbury Republican featured an article about the fast response of two Seymour EMS member’s to a motorcycle accident on route 8:
Two Seymour Ambulance Association volunteers got on Route 8 on their way to a bookstore in Milford less than a minute later, coming upon the scene almost immediately after Foley started working.
Without the ambulance, Jesse Rallis and Keith Walsh, the two Seymour responders, would have been equally hand-tied.The three EMTs worked together, despite being strangers. The team was able to work on the patient and make the split-second decision to take him to Griffin Hospital before the ambulance corps was able to respond to the dispatch.
